Suzuki MEHRAN PRICE IN PAKISTAN
When it comes to low-cost, low-maintenance vehicles in Pakistan, Suzuki Mehran is the most well-known vehicle that ruled the 800cc category in the country for decades. With just minimal revisions, the tiny hatchback was produced for three decades. It was Pak Suzuki's most successful car to date, owing to the lack of competition from any other automaker in the country during its manufacturing time.
In 1989, the Japanese auto manufacturer debuted Mehran in Pakistan as a replacement to the iconic Suzuki FX. The business continued to market the same Mehran for the next 23 years, with just minor aesthetic alterations. Pak Suzuki produced a Euro-II Mehran model in 2013, which is the sole significant change in Mehran's 30-year history. In this facelift model of Suzuki Mehran Pakistan, the carburetor engine was replaced with an Electronic Fuel Injection System. A new front radiator grille, crystal lights, and a few cosmetic tweaks were among the other modest alterations.
Suzuki Mehran Pakistan enjoyed robust sales throughout its lifecycle, except for the fiscal year 2008-09, when it lost a substantial amount of sales. According to PAMA figures, the company sold 35,526 Suzuki Mehran in 2007-08, compared to just 13,421 in 2008-09. Suzuki Mehran Pakistan's sales were stabilized in 2013 thanks to the release of the Euro-II variant. Since then, the company has sold more than 29,000 units per year. Pak Suzuki set a new record for Mehran sales in 2017-18, selling 46,221 cars.
In April 2019, the automaker announced that the production of the iconic hatchback would be discontinued in Pakistan. It did, however, sell the units that had already been manufactured for the next year until June 2020. However, people still look for used Suzuki Mehran price in Pakistan and second hand Mehran car price in Pakistan is still affordable.
